Daniel Goleman learnt from Dalai Lama and wrote this book, A Force For Good, to encourage humans to be well-beings. It is about time to reposition ourselves how we develop this planet to be a better place for living.
There are four parts of the book. Part 1 gives a short introduction on Dalai Lama and introduce the vision of the book, A Force For Good. Part 2 talks about the inner needs of humans, looking inward and discuss emotional hygiene and kindness revolution. Part 3 looks outward on the problem. Discovering compassion and how compassion heal the earth and transform our economics. Dialogue is the key element to lead to compassion. Also, we need to focus on education in the heart. Part 4 concludes the book by looking back and looking ahead. Encouraging readers to join the force and be well.
The book is classified as Mindset & Self Development in my blog.

This book is a very interesting book. I have my own religion but what Dalai Lama’s vision doesn’t confused me or conflict mine but helping me to rethink who I am and what I should be.
It is an cheerful read and help me to understand myself a bit more, especially on the emotional control and economics chapters.
I recommend this book because we shouldn’t only focusing on ourselves but also others; not only technical knowledge but also ethical knowledge.
