Background of Reading – Hooked

Hooked is a book recommended by my software engineer friend. She said this book is essential for software starups. So, I put it onto my reading list.

Review – Hooked

There is interesting psychology behind the idea. Hooked talks about how to hook up your leads. Then convert them to be your prospects. After that, convert them to be your customers and your customers will keep using your products or services, never ending. Facebook is one of the examples using this idea. It is a little bit scary and doubtful for me. Anyway, It is a power method to gain users for softwares.
