This book, Ask, is interesting. It talks about sales and marketing, generating leads, then convert them to by prospects and then buyers. By asking what your customers want to buy to create campaigns to hit the market.
Personally, I don’t think a business can highly relying on asking customers because most of the time customers don’t know what they need and want. Anyway, it is good for a entry level book.
